to be made. Do not forget to visit some of the local markets and to take a hike up Lions Head. A day of exploration must also include a visit to some of the cultural and historical museums in the city. Many are housed in magnificent old buildings and each offers a unique perspective pertaining to South Africa’s chequered past.

Take your time and soak up the sun. Home to some of the best beaches in the world, this city that has it all. Whether visitors want to mingle with people at Clifton or Camps Bay beach, relax at Fishhoek or enjoy the quiet of Llandudno, the Cape beaches will enthrall and entertain. Taking a drive to the Cape of Good Hope and through the Winelands is a “must”. And there is always the glorious Table Mountain.
